They are made from synthetic leather and foam which makes them very soft but firm and being just over 5 centimetres thick can take a heavy punch without causing damage. 3. They have sewn in parts attached where your full hand will fit and keep the fingers separated and spread so the full hand is evenly spread to take the force of a punch, and for added safety there is a strap which is adjustable and tightens around the wrist for added safety. 4. The dimensions of these gloves are: Approx 24cm(L) x 20cm(W) x 5cm(T) and have a decorative lace effect pattern around one half of each mitt. 5. These mitts can also be used for other contact sports training for example : kick boxing and karate. 6. I knew one thing that when you had looked around before buying these training pads and a lot of them only come with a single pad, these come with two which makes for a more intense and involved training session where you can have 2 students training at the same time.
