Last week I glanced through Twinings teas and I noticed a new one, “Soulful Blends Quiet Mind” Vanilla Herbal Tea! I purchased a 20 pack, as sometimes I do feel a little stressed, I tried it warm & it was quite strong, tasted really nice, seemed quite soothing, combined vanilla, figs & rodisos ( I’ve no idea what that is?) but Twinings have created a Winner, with this “Soulful Blends Quiet Mind” Herbal Tea. Lovely tea bags

Lovely soothing tea blend with a sweet fruity vanilla flavour. I drink this with a little milk and like the figgy sweet note, no need for any sugar or honey in my opinion. I don't find the tea itself particularly strong but personally I prefer that. I like the box design, the individual packaging, and the ritual of choosing one from this overall range from my tea box - my favourite is 'Calm', followed by 'Peace', then this one. I think they are great value for money and I like having a few different options from this range in my collection, they are reliably great.
