Great accessories. The rack is so you can layer rows of food. You have to flip the food, over and under the rack. I found it easier Not to layer the food. I made a cake with the cake pan and it came out moist and delicious.

Love these accessories for my power air fryer xl. Made a cherry pie in the pizza pan (small one). Sautéed vegetables in the big cake pan (bigger one). Highly recommend this kit
