Taste is not pleasant but the effect is really good.

Drinking it with water only makes me sick hahaha. With closed nose it is ok. With juice it is also ok. And this is the only CHosa that I could find on the market so I’m happy, as this is the only decently researched silica. Wish it was less expensive. I also eat 20g of collagen daily so it is hard to say which one worked, but I never had my cuticles so crazy huge and my gums (!) also got bigger, so I guess it might be doing something. 😊

This stuff works. I have hEDS, so nothing will fix but I need all the help I can get. These smell like stinky fish or my dogs anal glands. Was so lovely my kids pointed the out as I was drinking it. Will opt for the pills next time. 🤢
