304 Stainless Steel Drain Hose Holder - Adjustable Clamp Hook Fits All Hoses

We moved into a new house and the washing machine discharge hose into the sink was held down by a brick. Literally, they tied one end of a string to the hose and other end to a brick sitting in the sink. We lived with that for two years. Finally, I ordered this gadget to properly position and hold the hose properly. It works like a charm. The basin has very thin walls (less than .25"), so I thought this thing might not hold properly. I was right that it does not grip the basin, but with the hose in place, this holder stays where it should. This is a low-cost way to assure the laundry room floor doesn't get flooded by the washing machine discharge.

We didn’t buy this for our washer but our stock tank pool, we didn’t want to drill holes and just hang the hoses over the side. This works great for this and it has kept our hose exactly where it needs to be.

The hose holder is excellent for our purpose. We purchased a new LG WT6100cw washer. Although we like the washer they do not give you a way to attach to a sink other than a thick cable tie. Until this unit was in place the new hose was cabled to the faucet. Nope that doesn't work for me. We have an old school slop sink with a thick edging. I bent the holder apart a bit to place it at the edge & also secured the hose to the leg of the sink as it was before. No cable ties needed. No movement from the hose. Perfect.

Clips right on, supports the hose and keeps the hose from wandering. Works great for such a simple device.
