This product is made of thin and fragile plastic. All but one tab to attach the ladders was broken when item arrived;. Lid would not snap onto 3 different buckets I tried (buckets that had worked with a similar product) --had to improvise with clamps.

Started catching mice immediately. Shipped fast and is everything it's stated to be.

Did not work!

It is cheap flimsy served absolutely not purpose. Would not buy.

I put this in my shop using peanut butter for bait. Over 20 mice were trapped the next morning. Tabs on one of the ramps did break off however this was easy to fix using duct tape. Most mice were dead in the trap so a bit gross with that.

I’ve tried many humane mouse traps without much success so when I saw this different one it seemed logical so thought I would try it. We had a couple families of mice nesting in our garage. The first night we set it out, it caught lots of mice! We took them straight to a wooded area near water & shelter. Almost daily since then, about a week, we have caught several other mice one or two at a time. We take them to their new home daily so they don’t sit in there for long. I love ALL creatures both large and SMALL! I like to think they have reunited since we released them all in the same place unharmed. BTW, we used peanut butter & it is also very easy to use! We plan to keep it set up to try & keep them at bay.

Cheap product. Was hard to put together. Trap doors aren't very good.

It looked like it was a great idea, but it’s put together so cheap that the plastic pieces keep breaking from the weight of the mouse or rat that tried to grab the food and snapped the ramps. I love the response time in them sending me a replacement. However, the replacement was just broken out of the box not even used.
