Great taste and quality! The mango pineapple flavor makes it easy to take daily without that strong ocean taste some sea moss has. The texture is smooth and blends perfectly into smoothies. I LOVE this stuff! I have been taking it for a couple of months now and I can tell noticeable differences with my skin. I even stopped taking it for two months and started again, and yes, it really does help. I know you can mix it in with stuff, but I just eat the recommended two spoonfuls in the morning when I wake up. It tastes like your eating jam, which I don't mind. I buy the mango/pineapple flavor which is delicious. There are sometimes chunks or little pieces inside, but it is just parts of the fruit. I even tried the more expensive brand, True Sea Moss. They sell it on here and Whole Foods- this one does the exact same, just get this one.
