Reasonable product at a good price
Received the unit ( well packaged) with easy to follow instructions. Assembly was relatively smooth and easy. Since I installed the unit on a sturdy shelf, I was not concerned about the sturdiness of the rear panel for supporting the unit with my instrumentation. The inner structure was strong enough for my IT equipment and I am sure it will support my equipment for a long time.

Really good quality rack, price is more than right.
This is a really solid rack. I've assembled quite a few, and most all of them have some level of slop making them hard, if not impossible, to perfectly level. This one leveled flawlessly and has great fittment. Instructions were quite clear and came with a template.

Disappointed in pieces fitting together
I understand that mass producing sheet metal products that lining up holes will sometimes be off. However, I feel like I had to man handle this thing to get it together. I never appreciated ikea instructions more than when trying to assemble this server rack. The photos were quite small and confusing so you definitely had to use your skills of deduction to make sure you were using the right screws in the right spot. Most of the above was to be expected. The reason I took a star off was because the fit of the door. The door is cheaply made and will always be at a tilt. I had to get a spare rubber washer to put under the side opposite the hinges so it isn't all cattywampus.

Great value! Impressed with build quality at this price point. TecMojo for the win!
When purchasing a brand that you're not familiar with, it can instill a bit of purchase hesitation. That said, I will not hesitate to purchase TecMojo products in the future as I'm very pleased with my purchase and customer service.I purchased the 18U unit and got it yesterday. I put it together right away and immediately noticed the packing was really good. There were no damaged corners or other parts, despite the box showing signs of rough handling. Everything was wrapped and padded well and all parts were in perfect condition. For the price point, I wasn't expecting 1/4" steel or anything, but I was impressed by the build quality. It seems to be built well and parts are of good quality. It's nice that all three of the locks use the same key. You get two keys for each lock, so you'll have more than enough keys.Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with the fan not working out of the box and it was resolved in under 24 hours. Amazing! The instructions are not fantastic with a few key items not illustrated. Assembly took about 20 or 30 minutes but may go quicker for you if you finish reading this message before you start. The below notes and attached pictures will help you get it done quickly and right the first time.1) The hex screws are for the frame, screwing into the square holes with nuts already in place. The other 8 machine screws and nuts attach the vertical rails to the inside of the frame.2) There's a small black washer zip-tied to the door. This is very important and not mentioned on the assembly sheet. This goes on the bottom pin of the door. Without this in place, the door does not close well because there's no gap between the door and the frame. The black washer adds that much needed gap. It's easy to miss it, so look closely. See picture.3) It was nice that many of the nuts for the square holes were already in place right out of the box. If you see one or two holes without a nut, look inside the box and in the corner areas of the parts. There were three that got knocked out during shipping, but they were in the corner of the front frame.4) The lock on the door requires a part not shown on the assembly instructions. It's a silver part with a round hole and one edge that's bent at 90 degrees. This goes on the inside of the door between the door and the washer and nut for the lock. The flat side lays on the edge by the glass and the edge that's bent goes directly on the door. This gives you a flat surface to install the lock whereas without it, installing the lock wouldn't be possible. See picture5) The locks on the right and left side have lock bars that have a bend in them. Make sure to assemble them with the bend going away from the lock so the lock bar latches properly. Otherwise the lock bar will hit the frame and not lock. See picture.Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and I will seek out TecMojo products in the future.

Poor tack welds for screw inserts craftsmanship issues
Bought a similar a rack a few years ago for video equipment. Was pleasantly surprised at the bill quality and the fact is lasted so long and is still functional today. Unfortunately, the company was another fly by night scenario and wasn’t available. This one seemed OK and reviews reflected so. Wasn’t a bad price either. Decided to go along with the purchase. As it’s being put together, it was almost finished and it was discovered one of the screw inserts welds were bad. Funny enough I thought I heard something loose and saw it while it was being put together. Tried to call the number that was provided. Someone shockingly did answer but he was screaming Hello and speaking in Mandarin. I guess I cannot be heard. Since the case was a good gauge of metal. Decided to get it replaced. There was a fiasco with Amazon accidentally sending a bicycle from the warehouse. This was not held against the seller. Just another pain point that can be laughed at. Pretty much had to purchase another to get it rectified. The other one went together a bit better, but when screwing in the second last screw one of those bad tack welds showed its self off once the screw was about 2/3 installed. There is no real support for the glass in the door. It’s glued on there. But this being said the rules are supporting the way and the value is somewhat there. While this was holding in, some networks infrastructure equipment I think for anything, especially client side and more critical. I would just go with a Tripplite rack or something more well-known
