Bought two boxes of patches one box ok and the other one empty

Do not recommend.
Only used on the skin 3 times as it started to leave a rash like mark in the shape of the tape. The mark lasted for 3 weeks. Also used once stuck to fabric and all 4 nights sleep were much, much worse.

Felt sleepy instantly
I have tried many sleeping aids in the past and bone of them have worked. I put the patch on as per instruction and instantly started feeling tired, I got into bed and my entire body relax into a decent sleep state. I highly recommend. It says for adults only, however with my adhd and asd son many children's sleeping aids have failed, so I did try a patch on him, it helped him get to sleep pretty much straight away and helped him have a good night's sleep
