Buy these! They are incredible!
These knives are beautifully and amazing!! I have 2 now - this one and the chef one! They truly transform prepping and cooking into a much more enjoyable experience! I love them! But be careful they are super sharp! I bought cooking gloves and now I am a fearless chef!!! Hubby loves them too!

GREAT COMPANY!!!
At first I was despondent about even be able get a full or partial refund the fruit knives that I got from Shan Zu. After subsequent unanswered phone calls to their number, then eventually I emailed and got ahold of Cole, that Cole was totally awesome about being diligent and making things right with us? I would suggest that by email is the only way to really contact Shan Zu. They were very respectful curteous and thoughtful about helping in any way they could to make things right to keep you us a customer. THEY GAVE US A FULL REFUND! Thank you so much Cole. Look forward to doing business with you iin the future.

Feels good in the hand
I like the weight of the knife. I’ve always wanted a good paring knife as I have small hands and always use a paring knife for most of my cutting. It’s beautiful, sharp and I love it!

Ho cercato per moltissimo tempo un ottimo coltello più che altro per sbucciare (Ho fatto l' aiuto cuoco quindi credo di avere un minimo di esperienza), dopo averci riflettuto molto finalmente mi sono deciso di acquistare questo qui. C'è poco da dire... per quel prezzo credo sia quasi impossibile trovare un coltello migliore... non è solo bello da vedere, è ben bilanciato e soprattutto affilato da fare paura. Ho usato per molto tempo un ottimo coltello in ceramica (sempre preso qui) e non regge minimamente il confronto... se è questa la cifra che siete disposti a spendere per un coltello non troppo lungo non pensateci due volte!! Più che soddisfatto...
