This is a very well made sturdy knife Very sharp and easy to handle

After a disappointing purchase of kitchen knives from Amazon a while back, thought I would try again, scanned the reviews and thought I would try this Shan Zu blade for starters. Wow! This particular knife is so surprisingly sharp, like chalk from cheese compared to those previously purchased. Was suitably impressed to proceed and purchase the Shan Zu three knife set to complete my replacements. Shan Zu knives made with great quality steel and surprisingly good value for money and thoroughly recommended.

It is so useful and sharp, so it does need a bit of sharpening now and then.

I love this knife, I've had it for a few months now and it's still very sharp. Would definitely recommend.

Sharp? Check! Good grip? Check! Easy to clean? Check! Curved blade? Check! Did I miss anything? The blade has a slight curve to it, which my wife says helps when cutting vegetables like a professional. I have tried this knife out and I can say it is great for slicing and dicing, the weight of the blade helps too. The only thing is it's not for meat, you cannot skin a fish with this, but things like chicken breast is fine. The handle is added to the steel used for the blade. As this is all one piece, it is much stronger than most blades. Great blade! May have to think about investing in some of their other knives. I am by no means a great cook/chef, but I do like this blade, the only blade I like better in our house is our Global Knife.

Excellent knife of good design, look and performance. Reasonably priced. Recommended.

Subito arrivato subito provato. Coltello veramente super taglia benissimo con pochissimo sforzo. Dà anche l'impressione di materiale di prima qualità veramente vale l'acquisto. Solo attento tagliare con attenzione...le dita sono sacre.

I'm very happy with the quality of the knife. It's easy to cut vegetables and meat with it and it just makes cooking more enjoyable. It's worth the money to invest a good knife if you like cooking. Highly recommend! The box makes it look fancy.
