For interviews , nights out and other formal occasions , since that won't be of a great number , they should last . Good fit and comfortable, tried them for a few hours round the house , no issues .

I work behind a bar and good shoes do not last long. I get 1 - 2 years from a pair of these shoes before replacing, the beer just kills shoes. After 1 year the coating starts to dilaminate, after 2 the soles starts to delaminate (Same as a pair of good leather shoes). VERY comfortable and am on my third pair,

My son loves these shoes, and has a new pair of exactly the same ones at the start of every school year. He wears them until they are literally falling apart at the end of the school year, but never wants a mid-year replacement! He treats them pretty roughly, so all things considered they stand up to it well. Very good budget school shoes.
