SUPER Useful Essentials for CGM device
I purchased a Stelo CGM device ( https://amzn.to/47mrIQB ) and because these popped up as add-ons, I decided to go ahead and get some of them, too... just in case! And Boy! SO GLAD I DID! The first night I had the device, as I pulled off my tee-shirt, the sleeve got stuck on the adhesive of the implant and almost ripped it out of my arm. Luckily, though, I caught it in time to apply THREE of these patches onto the sensor to ensure it stays in place for its fifteen-day life, and doesn't try coming off again. Maybe just ONE of the patches would suffice for some people in some situations, and maybe as I get more accustomed to how these things work, I'll be able to apply only ONE of these overpatches to hold the unit in place. But for now, I appreciated that there are so many in one package here, that I can go ahead and apply a TRIAD of PATCHES on each applicator... ensuring that it stays FIRMLY IN PLACE over time. EXCELLENT add-on product for any CGM device... And of course, there are other applications, too. (TENS unit patches, for instance, on an active body) and more... I appreciate the way these have FIVE different segments to pull off the adhesive from... and you can leave some ON (like the middle dot) or peal them all OFF for total coverage. But really cool, highly effective... nigh on ESSENTIAL add-on for any CGM!! I really like

Aggressively protective, and aggressive adhesive!
I've lost 3 Dexcom G7s to a series of unfortunatate events that included turning around too fast in a chair and catching the device on my seatbelt. Life goals, right? The overpatch provided by Dexcom gets the job done if you live in a bubble or exude a natural glue layer on your skin, but it doesn't stop small bumps and tugs from tearing the needle out of my skin. Enter Skin Grip, the next best solution to duct tape and a bit friendlier for skin. After using close to a full bag, my verdict is buy these if you need an overpatch that withstands regular physical activity, showers, mosquitos the size of house cats, and leather seats. Skin Grip is a lifesaver. FWIW, I wear the patch *and* overpatch from Dexcom. The Good: Skin Grip keeps the Dexcom G7 completely covered and attached for the duration of the sensor's life. It's protected me from my seat catching the sensor, running through airports, lugging a heavy backpack, and everyday activities without a blip. You can just live your normal life without fear of ripping out the expensive medical device in your arm. Signals between the phone and G7 seem completely unaffected by the patch or glue. The patch is water resistant and laughs in the face of a good scrubbing, kayaking, or weights. My preferred bandages are the pastels, and they keep their colour throughout wearing. The Mid: The edges on the overpatch fray pretty readily. By day 4, I'm seeing rough threads poking out. Expect more if you wear short sleeves, a bag that rubs against your arm, or any source of friction on the site where you wear your Dexcom. I would like more designs or colours, especially as camo *really* isn't my thing. Some vibrant seasonal shades would be much appreciated. The Bad: Skin Grip's adhesive is *strong*. So strong after 10-12 days, you need some baby oil, mineral oil, or possibly a jackhammer to remove it without tearing off the top layer of your skin. Applying Skin-Tac prior to the bandage works wonders! I've taken a pretty rough tear because of a patch that refused to come off. Lesson learned. Don't rip this baby fast, or you will hurt yourself.

Get the clear! Truly fantastic performance over 15 days! Showers and side sleeping included!
After trying several other types, these are definitely the way to go! Stayed on for the full 15 days showers and restless side sleeping included! Over the 15 days, the edges did creep in a little bit, but it self sealed by having any loose pieces stick to itself and simply became a wrinkle. Was still watertight and well stuck down on the 15th day. Was still a challenge to peel off. If you are unfortunate enough to have to peel it off early, be prepared. Also, the adhesive is abundant and aggressive, it is very challenging to get off, and you will definitely want an adhesive removing wipe. Absolutely 100% waterproof extremely sticky, very high-quality, and wonderful value for money, especially compared to the trashy competition. I am using the clear ones, and would definitely recommend them over the fabric. They are 10 times better.

Works, but needs extra adhesive
I have been buying these for about a year now. I purchased these after receiving my Dexcom g7. The ones that come with the Dexcom do not work for me. I purchased these in hopes that they would do the job. The colors are vibrant, they are true to what you see in the photo. I have done the purple and the pastels. Using just the Skin grip, I can get about 4-5 days use. I choose to use these in conjunction with the Skin Tac wipes for extra adhesive. It’s those, these will stay in place for over 10 days. In this photo, I’m on day 7. They do get wrinkly once wet, but I find they don’t lift as long as I use these skin tac wipe. These are very nice quality. They are thicker and don’t typically cause me any irritation. I do find they fray very easily though.

Absolutely worth it for my Dexcom. The sensor finally stays put!
I’ve been using these Skin Grip Adhesive Patches with my Dexcom G7 for over a year now, and they’ve completely changed the sensor game for me. Before these, I was lucky to get 5–6 days out of a sensor before the edges started lifting — especially after workouts, sweat, or just regular life. Since switching to these patches, my sensors stay snug and secure for the full wear time and beyond. The adhesive is strong but still gentle on the skin — I can shower, sweat, and move around all day without worrying about my G7 peeling up. They’re flexible and comfortable too; I barely notice them once they’re on, which is awesome. I’ve tried a bunch of different adhesive patches over the years, and nothing has kept my Dexcom G7 in place as consistently as these with their strong hold! For anyone with a G7 who’s tired of lifting edges and early sensor loss, these are absolutely worth it. 5 stars all the way. I love that they have multiple designs, as well. So I change up my patch game every time! The colors and patterns last the entire wear!

Good most of the time?
I've used 8 of these so far. 5 of them worked great, no issue with it coming off before my 10 days of CGM use, only slight rippling/fraying at the edges. But the other 3 have come off in ~24 to 72 hours. My skin has been clean and dry each time I applied the overpatch I can't afford this price if I lose them this quickly.

Great option to secure your CGM sensor.
I love these patches. I use them to help prevent the sensor from getting knocked off by the edge of a door or other hard surface. They adhere well, cover the entire area, and are less itchy to me than other brands. The backing is in 5 pieces to remove before applying. This can give you more control, but is sometimes frustrating. Holds up to showers well. They are not "plastic-y" like some patches, and are somewhat elastic.

Much better than the adhesive patches from the manufacturer!
Saved me a ton of money with the Stelo and the Dexcom G7. (Also used the ones for the FreeStyle Libre Plus back when I used that device). They are more comfortable than the adhesive patches supplied by Dexcom, they last longer, and the beige ones blend into my skin color better. If you like color or holiday themes they have those as well. When putting them on I take off two of the white covers (on the adhesive) and significantly loosen the other two, while leaving the central circular white cover on. This makes it easier to place over the Stelo/Dexcom G7 and easier to replace if I need to. The only time I have had trouble is in the summer when I am working in the hot sun and sweating profusely or taking multiple showers in one day. The patches need to be dried by patting with a towel, and multiple repeated wettings in the same day tended to defeat the adhesive. I have hot tubbed and swam with these on, and provided they get a chance to dry out, they do great!
