Using this honey to replace refined sugar

As a person from Crete I was very disappointed to receive this honey. You could buy this quality much cheaper in the supermarket. This is definitely not what Thyme Homey from Crete tastes or smells like. I would avoid and seek something more authentic.

Very nice honey, it doesn't taste as strong as I thought it would, but for me that was a positive. You get the sweet hit of honey first, before you get the hint of botanical aromas to finish, it's an usual but lovely twist. Tasty drizzled on yogurt, and I'm going to look into some recipes to cook with it, as I think it will suit that really well. Unfortunately, it wasn't packaged as good in the box as it should have been, and it leaked out the jar and made a bit of a sticky mess, which is the reason for my 4/5 stars.

Hallo Honig ist super im Geschmack, aber die Lieferung ist nicht gut vorbereitet , Karton aber für das Glas kein Schutz vor Bruch lose im Karton hin und hergerutscht Deckel leicht geöfffnet am auslaufen.Sehr Schade.Firma Apsogo hat sich sofort gemeldet finde ich sehr gut, solche Verkäufer braucht man !

Habe diesen Honig zum ersten Mal in Griechenland genossen und hier wiederentdeckt. Der Geschmack ist einmalig. Für alle Honig-Liebhaber eine Empfehlung

Aber mit zumindest hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Werde mir ab und an wieder mal so ein Glas bestellen. Sehr gute Qualität, sehr gut verpackt und typisch Amazon Fix geliefert.

Ich bin ein absoluter Honigfan. Mein Favorit ist Manukahonig aus Neuseeland. Aber, jetzt kommt das aber, dieser Honig kann in Bezug Qualität und Konsenstenz mithalten.Der Honig ist nicht so cremig, wie der Honig aus Neuseeland, ob der MGO Gehalt auch dem entspricht, kann ich nicht sagen. Aber ein wohlschmeckender Honig.

Das Produkt ist sehr gut, der Geschmack wunderbar, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmig.LEIDER konnten wir aber den Honig NICHT genießen, da er OHNE zusätzliche NOPPENFOLIE einfach "so" im Karton geliefert wurde, und dabei das Glas zerbrochen sowie der Honig im Karton verteilt ausgelaufen war!Da dies 2x (!) hintereinander - trotz Reklamation im Amazon-Kundenservice - vorgekommen ist, bestelle ich dieses tolle Produkt - trotz Vergütung - leider nicht mehr.Schade!!!
