Giving 5 stars to begin with, though we've only had our King size mattress for a week. The rating is based on the speed of delivery (only 7 days to come to us across the country from California to Connecticut), the price being quite low compared to local walk-in mattress stores, and the comfort being surprisingly good. The package was heavy and large, but that's to be expected when you order a boxed King sized mattress. I mention it only so that you remember what's in that box when you try to wrestle it into the house alone. Once upstairs in into our master bedroom, everything was a cinch. It came out of the box quite easy and we opened the vacuum seal as instructed, and the mattress immediately came to life expanding. (make sure you open the seal in an open space large enough for it to unroll and expand) After it looked like a regular mattress, we put it up on the bed frame and left it for a few hours. The instructions said something like 24 hours required, but it was ready by bed time. When I first sat on it, I doubted. It felt too soft and like there was too much give for a medium firmness mattress. However, my doubts were laid to rest, literally, when I lay down and slept. The mattress was more comfortable than our previous one, which we bought in a show room over a decade ago. Plus, our old mattress was nearly 3x the cost! So far it's been a week. I'm still enjoying how the top few inches are pillowy soft, and it shapes to the contours of my body when I roll - something my old mattress didn't have. It feels just right on my back, which means not too soft and not too hard. I would recommend this mattress, especially at this price. In fact, I already shared a link to the one I purchased to a family member in search of a new one. I'll update if something else happens to change my initial opinion, but for now I'm pleased with my purchase.

Ordered this mattress (King Size) after shopping around in stores. I just couldn’t find a mattress that felt comfortable enough for what I wanted. I hesitated to ordered online but kept coming back to this one. Finally decided to just order it and it arrived within the same week. I’ll be honest, the box sat in my living room for two days as I kept walking by it worrying about wether it was going to be what I wanted it to be. My son helped me set it up which was easier than expected. It comes vacuum rolled in a box. The whole set up took less than 10 minutes. The mattress ended up being beyond what I expected. It’s so comfortable. I’m glad I ordered it and even called a couple of family members who have been looking into getting new mattress’s and told them to order.

I ordered the king size mattress. It arrived on time in a very long and heavy box which required two people to move. Opening and unrolling the mattress was easy. We allowed 48 hours for the mattress to expand. The mattress did not have a particularly strong odor--just a slight new-mattress scent. This mattress is very soft due to the memory foam topper. We added a three-inch memory foam topper as well, but it truly does not need the extra memory foam. I sink in comfortably and described it to my husband as "being in a nest". I've slept on it only two nights so far, but both nights were very comfortable and cozy, and I don't think I moved much all night because of how enveloped/swaddled I felt. I think we will be quite happy with this mattress, but it is not a good choice for people who prefer firm support. Since the mattress sinks in deeply when you sit or lie down, it would not be easy for those with mobility challenges or other special requirements to stand up. Overall, a great choice for us, but perhaps not for everyone.

I have had this mattress for a month now. I can say this mattress is more than worth your money!! I sleep better on this bed than I did on my $5000 mattress. The bed arrived before the expected delivery date which was amazing! I did let this mattress ride for the suggested 72hrs. I ordered the 12 inch mattress and it did rise to the 12 inches. I would highly recommend this bed!

Update that it still sucks. And springs pop you in the back. Don’t waste your money. Bought for our main bed. We are larger people. Both of our backs are sore as well as necks and shoulders. It’s more like a hide a bed inside of a couch. This bed has zero give to it. Medium firm is an understatement. It’s like sleeping on a board with springs. Not sure how they can call it a hybrid when there’s no memory foam comfort at all. Will not buy again. Do not recommend.

This mattress is super comfortable! It’s very well made and not flimsy at all! The springs give it the perfect amount of firmness and the soft top makes it super comfy! I am not a fan of memory foam or soft mattresses. This is perfect. It is very firm but doesn’t feel like a rock! I let it sit for 2 days and it turned out perfect! I’ve used it for a few months now and love it! Would definitely recommend and would definitely buy more!

Listennn! I might tell you a joke, but I’ll never tell you a lie. For what? I don’t even know you! But believe me when I say this mattress is TEA! After stressing about finding a king size mattress for an UNDERSTANDABLE price to go with the bed I purchased, I ran across this one on Amazon. I read the reviews and weighed my options with other mattresses, and after that I decided to purchase it. Best decision ever! I get the BEST sleep on this mattress. I purchased it in April and I wanted to wait before I do a review and baby, it’s still TEA!! Don’t miss out on this good sleep, get you one!

We’ve had this mattress for about a year and a few months. And I must say I’m having the worse back pain. When we first purchased this mattress it was firm enough and but after sleeping on it for a bit we have sunk and the mattress has gone way too soft. I’m 5’6 and I weigh 190. My babes is 5’10 178. The only firm part is the middle. So if you are thinking about purchasing this mattress, on year will more than likely be all you will get from this mattress.
