These are GREAT little speakers
These are GREAT little speakers!!Plugged them in to my Samsung TV...and the difference! It's almost unbelievable...in the tone AND volume.Was skeptical at first, didn't think they'd make any difference, but they do. And the fact that you don't need a separate mains supply is a bonus.If you have a small TV with tinny sound, then get these, you wont be disappointed.

Obviously these speakers plug straight into a USB so the 5 stars are in that context. Larger speaker with a seprate power supply would be better but all I wanted was to enhance the sound output from my desktop as simply and discreetly as possible. These speakers do just that. The sound is clearer and I can hear more detail without the need for extra power cables. The only small niggle has been mentioned before in that the speaker furthest away from the computer lacks cable. I would have been happier with just a little more cable to ensure a better position either side of my screen. It is a niggle only though as they are doing what I wanted.

Not good
Tinny sound and echo like crazy. I toyed around with the equaliser settings and either had too much bass with sloppy mid-highs or not enough bass, but perfect mid-high audio. Certainly not worth the full price of £64.98

Not bad for the price
I've just installed the square type. They're not bad, but all these claims of deep base on here are a little bit over the top. OK for the price, but don't expect to your chest to be vibrating - ain't gonna happen.

Really chuffed, great wee speaker, great price.
I'm not a speaker buff. Sort of know when sound is heavy on the bass!In other words I'm just a Joan Blogs who wanted a good sound when relaxing without spending a fortune.Well, I've bought a cracking sound for next to nothing. My little MP3 player sounds fantastic.I'm really pleased.

For the size of the speakers was very impressed obviously they are not going to give a lot of punch but for an overall sound they do the job nicely. Would recommend them
