The order came in quickly so I was able to soothe my aching shoulder and arm. I tried the heat version and heated it in the microwave. Our microwave had more power than the instructions, so, I just did as instructed by heating in increments. I used a towel to keep the heat longer. It lasted about 20 minutes. When the heat was almost gone and the pad was warm, I put a towel over my eyes and used the pad like those expensive eye steam masks. That will save some money as I had been using the disposable steam masks for my tired eyes. That will save the environment, too!

I bought several knee wraps as I broke my knee in late September. I figured I'd buy several different kinds and see which ones I liked best and then buy more of those. I had to have ice on my knee intermittently day and night. All of my choices were adequate and definitely did the job . . . but this one is perfect. The way it is structured is like a butterfly bandaid. So it not only wraps around the knee but stays snug top and bottom as well. For this reason, it is the most comfortable, the most easy to use and keeps the ice where you put it easiest. I would definitely buy more.
