Really worth the money - good features.
The media could not be loaded. This was for my mother. This review is derived from her thoughts and opinions:Her intentions for buying this product was mainly due to the foot pedal, it get the mop bucket spinning without needing to exert much energy. After the first use she was elated with the performance of it - as seen in the video. The other great features are that you can very easily get underneath the beds due to flexible mop head. In addition the underneath of the mop has shortened mop material so that it really scrubs the floor well when coming in at different angles. Whereas a regular mop only has long strands.Overall a great product and I shall be purchasing another for myself.

Please do not buy from San Direct!
I ordered one JML Whizz Mop and 2 replacement heads from San Direct. Unfortunately, after using the mop only about 5-6 times, the green round plastic disc that connects the mod handle and the mop head got torn/broken. Given the fact that I used it only a few times and the fact that I bought several extra mop heads, I contacted the seller and asked the replacement plastic round disc part to be sent.To make a long story short I sent 24 (twenty four!) emails to chase and two cheques (they asked for this to cover their shipping cost; but as they claimed they didn't receive the first cheque, I had to send another one) to this seller during a period of 4 (four!) months. They always send a polite reply; here is an example "we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused, we will send out replacement mop, please do forgive us for causing any delays. Please do not leave us with negative feedback. Thank you for your time business patience and cooperation." But they never sent me a replacement green plastic disc.I contacted Amazon and reported the seller so that Amazon is fully aware of San Direct's customer service record when they evaluate this seller. My recommendation: (1) The mop itself does a very good job; and the spinning systems works very well as well; (2) If you decide to give a try and purchase this mop, please be careful with the green plastic disc attached to the mop handle (this is the top part you see in the photo). The plastic is not sturdy enough and it could easily tear off or snap; and (3) Most importantly, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM SAN DIRECT, because if you have any problem, you will not be able to resolve it!! There are many other sellers selling the same item (same price) on Amazon. If you don't buy from San Direct you will be saving yourself potentially a lot of agony and time!

Fabulous!
Love this whizz mop, it is so easy to to use and all floors are washed in no time. After washing the floors the mop can be spun until it is almost dry and can be used to lift off any remaining surface water therefore drying the floors so they can be walked on sooner rather than later. I would definitely recommend!

perceived comparison
First of all to say I have only just got Whizz Mop. Also to say that I have not got Twista Mop but wondered if perhaps should have gone with that.Twistamop is made by the same company. The first product I saw was Whizz Mop (via TV) and as a fan of mircofibre products it appealed.Subsequently I saw "Twista Mop" in a well known low price chain store. That was being sold for £9.99 which in effect meant it would be about a third of the price of the Whizz Mop.I was slightly put off by the handle of the Twista Mop as it seemd a bit fiddly. Also, I wondered how well it would wring the water. That which appealed with that was the fact that there was no bucket that HAD to be used. I could if I wish carry the mop between rooms and then run it under the bathroom tap to give a quick once over of the floor. One cannot do that with the Whizz Mop.I have found myself with the Whizz Mop carrying the heavy bucket of water between my 2 rooms with floors that need mopping. The water does not get that dirty if one cleans one's floor often enough, and it's a waste to throw away the detergent & water between rooms. (I did worry what if I tripped in living room (with electrical equipment) carrying this bucket of water in the living room, on way to bathroom.)Regarding Wizz Mop :Bucket takes up a lot of space for storage. It does not whizz that dry. After whizzing, one can still squeeze loads of water out of the mop by hand. I guess it will take a day or 2 to dry the mop post use.Whizz Mop does nicely go around most edges, but not completely into really acute corners.Whizz Mop picks up hairs nicely, but then on cleaning another area (depsite repeat rinsings) I found the hairs transferred!Whizz Mop did look like it might go under some low shelving I have & I planned to use it dry for this. Unfortunately it does not go under. Guess I'll stick with the microfibre duster for that.I see another reviewer has mentioned using something else that was left, by comparison, heavy with water. I wonder if this was the Twista Mop or some other Whizz/ Spin type ?Note when you you spin the Whizz Mop one has to have all the fibres in the spin receptacle, and the pole must be upright. By default the pole seems to take the 45 degree angle , so I find the way of correcting this is to bend down, hold mop, & then put handle at 90 degrees.A little irksome. Some of the fibres from Whizz Mop fell off after opening packet and shaking gently pre first use. Some more fell off after first use.If one has a lot of flooring needing mopping then maybe this is the thing to get. If only small areas then maybe there might be similar, but less cumbersome alternatives available. The Whizz Mop does do a fairly good job or getting up to most edges.I've bought Whizz Mop now and will try to get around the problems mentioned.I'm not sure how long the head will last. Maybe when it comes time for a replacement I might try the Twista Mop that costs only ~ £1 dearer than a replacement head for Whizz mop.All good ideas. Sure things can be improved upon & there will be other designs that will do so in the future.

Flimsy
I’m a great fan of these spinning mop basket combos, but this one is not good. Firstly, the dirty water and clean water merges into one, what’s the point? There’s no separate area for dirty water, the handle feels flimsy and unscrews easily. If you want to get a spinny mop and bucket, pay a bit more for something sturdy. Very disappointing.
