This is Chinese sizing, I am a big lady and ordered biggest size and didn't even fit around my knee despite it being velcro. Sent back and got refund though.

Need to get them returned now as they are not providing any protection at all.

I liked the padding around the knee itself and how easy these knee pads are to put on and they do support your knees.I suffer from painful knees and I found these some help when I went walking with them although I found the Velcro felt a bit uncomfortable behind my knee it seemed to scratch my skin.I can’t comment on longevity yet but I can not see any reason why they would not last they seem well made and are washable.I’m going to continue using and I think they will come in handy when gardening.
