These vitamins work great for me. Not only am I getting Vitamin D but they also help with my mood which is a plus from a person going through life changes.

I’ve been taking “Daily D3” for about 1.5 weeks. I am lactose intolerant so I cannot drink milk to get my daily dose of Vitamin D so this is a perfect solution. It is also very difficult for me to swallow pills; however, these small vitamins are very easy to swallow. 3 months’ supply for under $6 is a great value!

I'm not a huge vitamin taker -- mostly just vitamin C whenever I feel under the weather or when travelling. But I figured it wouldn't hurt to take a D3 supplement since I stay out of the sunshine most days to avoid skin damage. I've been taking these Nutri-Rich Daily D3 vitamins for two weeks now and have no complaints: the softgels are small enough to swallow easily and I like the packaging.
