Are the noodles fried?

Our gluten free ramen noodles are baked. That is a very good question and not many people actually know that most commercial fast food grade ramen are fried - it gives good weight and is cheaper to manufacture. One way is to look at the ingredients. You will see no oil in the ingredients in our ramen along with other baked non fried ramens. It takes a lot more time and care to make air dried ramen noodles. Is this available in smaller quantities so I can try it? It seems crazy to spend $50 on 48 servings of something I've never even tasted...

Hi L&J this gluten free ramen bulk pack was designed for ramen restaurants, they are the main clients who buy so they wanted a huge pack. (some people still ask us for even bigger packs) I understand for consumer homes its probably way too many pieces of ramen noodles. Next week we will have a 10 pack that will be more home consumption friendly :)
