In order to maintain curl effect better, don't comb or brush the hair until it getting cool How to curl your hair Ensure hair is dry and combed through. Separate a section of hair that is no bigger than 3cm wide, and placed neatly through the centre of the styler. Slide the temperature switch to the required heat setting. Select the curl direction by pressing the control to either position "L" "R" or "A". Please ensure that the LCD screen part is facing towards your head when using the curler. Close the handle to allow the hair to be automatically taken into the curler. Press the steam button to apply steam to your hair, then just wait for 8 to 12 seconds depending on the time setting and attractive curl is ready.

Stop working after 4 months
Really disappointed this product has broken after 4 months. It started beeping very loudly then wouldn't curl my hair. I would like to return for a refund or exchange but don't know how to contact the seller?

Heavy to use
It can be sore on ypur arms as its quite heavy to use. I wish it had a reverse button when my hair was caught in the barrel.

Curls kept till I washed my hair
I bourght this for myself for Christmas as I’ve always wanted a Curl secret. I used it for the first time on Nee Years Eve. It took a little while to get the knack, but once I discovered how to use it, I had great results and my curls remained until I washed my hair.

Worst things I’ve ever bought
I bought this curler in the aim to make my life a bit easier but this only thing that it has managed to do to my hair is singe a giant chunk of hair after it got caught in the motor.The curlers were stuck in my hair for around 20 mins. It was the first time I had used them and I was confident with how to use them as I’ve used ones like this before.Not only is my hair damaged but I will never be using these again!Don’t risk it folks, stick to a wand or tongue.
