On full price I would give to this product 4 stars.A) Positive: 1) Easy to setup: press 5 wheels in their places (30 seconds), screw 4 screws not too tight (2 minutes maximum), press cylinder in its place (20 seconds). It took me more to open the boxes (Amazon sent the chair box in its larger box) and find the screws (they are in a small think similar to half of an envelope and is the smallest think in the box, hard to find). 2) Compact: The backrest can be folded 90 degrees to the front. I don't want to use this chair on daily basis and I found very useful the fact that I can put it in a corner where is practically invisible when I am not using the chair. 3) Comfortable: Yes it is, with its lumbar support and the breathable mesh backrest. I am not sure about the cloth and sponge base from the sitting area, for the moment are performing well but I am not sure for how long because they seams to be cheap materials what are not intended for lasting more than one year. I love the design of the armrests, because I can sit cross legs on the chair. The armrests can be moved up and be removed in this way from siting area letting you using this chair like a chair without armrests if you need more space. Wheels are carpet friendly. The weight of this chair is only 10kg and can be easily moved on its wheels. You can swivel 360 degrees, and there is also a rocker whereby you can sit forward and backward. Many office chairs are making strange noises when are utilized but not this one. Because of its basic design I don't think will start making noises no matter how long will be used. The height is adjustable 10cm.B) Negative: The plastic material of the five legs that are designed in a star shape does not look to be sturdy. There is no weight limit of the person who can sit on this chair and I am 10kg above any medium chair specs. It looks like this chair is built for bigger persons rather then smaller. This plastic legs probably will crack sooner or later under my weight. I would prefer metal legs instead. That's why at the full price, I would give to this product only 4 stars.Per total, the chair is a nice piece of engineering.

The media could not be loaded.  this is a really comfortable chair. it took under 5 mins to unpack and put together, its is super easy.it has good back support, its seat is well cushioned, i love that the back folds down so i can put it out of sight when not in use. The arms also lift up which is a nice feature and the rise and fall is very smooth. i would buy this chair again and recommend it. I bought it for me home but this would also work just as well in the work place office

While assembling one screw snapped, the back is extremely uncomfortable to the point i had to buy a back rest. Be warned, very very disappointed.

Received the chair today and assembled it ok - at first. The lumbar strip was not comfortable - it jutted out causing discomfort to my lower back. Took it apart from seat up and took off the back panel. To my surprise, the screws holding the lumbar panel supports were missing. It appears that the supports could not slide into their respective slots with the screws - SO - whoever assembled this left them out, slotted them in and tightened the back up hoping the screws would not be missed. Resulting in the lumbar sticking out into my back. I added my own screws and the supports were perfect. However, the angle they need to be is restricted by the slots they are forced into. So - word to manufacturer, just let the lumbar strip REST on the supports giving a more firmer / flexible form of lower back support. As mentioned, apart from this, the chair is great and I am writing this review, comfortably, from it.

This chair was so easy to put together and is very comfy I love that you can fold the back down and it ticks away nicely while not in use I recommend this chair to my daughter and after trying mine she bought herself one 😊 I will definitely be recommending this chair to others

After just 12 months of quite light use the backrest webbing has become detached down one side and is proving impossible to repair.Cannot recommend.

Stoel zit goed.Makkelijk in elkaar te zetten.een kleine kanttekening. Voor mij is de zitting net ietsjes te laag, om goed aan mijn bureau te zitten.Maar met een kussen op de zitting, is dat opgelost.Fijne stoel.
