Microsoft 7XF-00001 LifeChat LX 6000 Headset (Business Packaging) - Black

I use this headset for my home office both for analog and digital voice communications (VoIP).People I talk to over the phone acknowledge they can hear me loud and clear with crisp audio.The set fits comfortably even when worn for longer times (audio-conferencing). It comes with a small black bag which I use for storing it. Price/quality ratio is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this headset.

So i am in Tech support and need to call customers all the time. I also like to listen to music a lot.These headphones are awesome. THey are excellent on the head and do not hurt at all after hour sand hours of listening.installation is super fast a few seconds.The noise cancellation is amazing, once i have them on i dont hear anyone and most of the time the customer only hears me.I mean we have headphones for 200 euros but they are not that good as these ones.Am buying now my third pairDefinitely recommended

This is a great headset for chatting as the name implies. It's comfortable and the microphone folds both ways so you can use it either way round. It has a useful remote on the cable with volume buttons, a mute button and a call button. It also comes with a nice little pouch to keep the headset in. The noise reduction seems to work insanely well. If the microphone isn't in front of your mouth you can't even be heard!The only thing I'd change about this headset is the ear cup bits don't press against your ears very firmly so you don't get great reproduction of bass when listening to music. If I apply a little pressure to them it's like a different headset!

Works really well and does the job.Sadly mine got piled under a bunch of stuff and one side broke, otherwise it did the job really well!

After about a month of owning this headset, it stopped being recognised by any computer I plugged it into (showed up as just 'USB speaker' rather than 'Microsoft Lifechat LX 6000 headset'). The microphone still worked but I couldn't get any sound output. There are a few posts online of other people reporting the same issue but there isn't a solution available.There is a warranty but I'm not willing to go through the hassle of proving my purchase and sending it back to the manufacturer before they send me a replacement.For a headset in this price range I expected a lot better, and that's without mentioning the light, cheap feel of the product.At least the sound quality was fairly good for the short time it worked.

Awesome headset, gives great quality sound and manages to exclude a lot of background noise. The screach of tram tracks outside gets picked up, but not other less high pitched sounds. Really happy with this purchase. Comfortable to wear too.

My husband is very fussy when it comes to the sound quality of the microphone. After buying and trying several pairs of headsets and mics, these ones were the ones he was happy with. Excellent quality and well worth the price.If you are looking for the perfect headset, these are the ones to get.Highly recommend

When I bought my first set for listening to music and using Skype whilst working from home, I was quite impressed that these were more comfortable and had good sound qualities compared to the previous headsets I had used. However that set snapped so, assuming that I was just unlucky, I bought another LX-6000. However this one snapped in the same place that the previous one did. Both happened outside of warranty so I do not know if the plastic just gets brittle with age.

Das Headset verwende ich regelmäßig im Home Office für internationale MS Teams Meetings. Die Sprachqualität ist in beide Richtungen sehr gut und Umgebungsgeräusche werden sehr wirkungsvoll unterdrückt. Den Tragekomfort empfinde ich auch als sehr gut. Lediglich mechanisch ist dieses Headset etwas empfindlich. Nachdem mir eins durch Unachtsamkeit mal zerbrochen ist, habe jedoch sogleich wieder dasselbe Model bestellt.

Los utilizo para el trabajo y son cómodos yde gran calidad de los materiales y el sonido perfecto. El micrófono perfecto.

En lo personal uso este auricular todos los días, antes tuve uno igual de Microsoft que me duró casi un año, eso me decepcionó un poco, este es un modelo más reciente y espero me dure un poco más.
