How do i go about contacting the seller. The pens i bought are defective and went in the bin. I would like a refund or a replacement

I'd try the seller first. Go to the particular order on your account and look for a section called "contact the seller". Its there somewhere on the order page. Try the seller first, then Amazon too, enclosing copies of any contact you've made now or previously. It appears as though the goods you received were faulty and "NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE" (important to state in both seller and Amazon's letter/email as its your legal right to expect goods purchased from anyone to be fit for the purpose you intended). Amazon are very good at dealing with problems I've found and tend to be very helpful always. Good luck and I hope you can get it all sorted out.

Do the colours 'bleed' through to the other side of the paper?

Hi, I do use mine in colouring books, I have not had any trouble. I would imagine it depends on what paper your using, but mine have been great.

Are there any repeat colours

The write up says no duplicates.I did find some colours were very similar but these are excellent value fo r money and they last a long time

Is there a cream colour in this set as there is in the larger pack?

No, the nearest colour to cream is white. There is also a very pale silver.
