I was hopeful after reading the reviews. I have worn extensions for 20 years. I know exactly how to care for them and what products to use.I have washed these once and they are horrible. I am a professional and these are sewn into my hair. I look ridiculous.I am so embarrassed at work. I feel terrible walking around with this mess.Now I have to pay to have them uninstalled.I bought some extra products to try and salvage them.This really is a disaster.Please just believe me and don’t get them. You will pay for it. Trust me.

Last and final edit: I have had the second pack of hair installed for probably a little over a month. I am still experiencing a lot of fallout. My hairbrush fills up with hair from these extensions probably every two days. I don’t wash my hair excessively and I don’t use a ton of heat. This hair was beautiful, shiny silky, soft out of the package and after two washes, it felt horrible. the customer service was great. The people were very nice and I appreciate them, but there’s better options out there for extensions.Second edit: the company has offered to send me a new pack of hair, it’s much appreciated! I will update again once the new hair is in.First edit: the company reached out and gave me a full refund. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!!!The company claimed there would be “some” fall out the first 1 or 2 washes. I’ve washed it at least 4 times and chunks are literally coming out. I have never had this happen and I’ve used sew ins a ton. Also the hair was beautiful and soft and silky at first and it completely changed after the first wash. It’s coarse and has no shine. I used expensive products in my hair and always used a heat protectant. My hair is very babied. I’m never rough with any of it, extremely gentle when washing, styling and brushing. I wouldn’t buy this hair again. Also, there’s no way to contact the seller about the issues I’m having.

Frizzy, ruined, in less than a month! No heat was applied, instructions followed, extension products free of all bad stuff used yet they are now TRASH. I want my money back.

I didn’t use this how the company intended but it worked great for my use. I used it to make dreadlock extensions and add blonde into my brown hair. Very happy with the results and planing to buy more to finish replacing my brown with blonde. It’s washed up great and gotten softer as it settles into shape. It’s a much better quality then the hair I first used from a nationwide beauty supply store and a better price. Highly recommend!
