Only able to contact abbot on customer services
Purchased this on Amazon UK. It has come with a plug not compatible with the uk. All I want is a suitable plug exchanged, not to have to return the entire item. I have tried customer service but you just end up with an automated response service and there is no option suitable for my requirements.

Great product!
This machine has been a lifesaver! I tried hand milking for a few days and it just wasn't working out! This machine has made life easier for me. It is easy to use and to clean. I would totally buy this again!

AVOID!! 2 broken in less than one week
Very frustrating to purchase this milking machine to only work once. They sent me a replacement that worked for a few days then stopped pulsating just like the first machine. Its very difficult to manually milk with carpel tunnel. My Nigerian dwarf's baby passed away and to make her comfortable and avoid mastitis, we have to milk her. I highly recommend skipping on this Made in China, unreliable garbage.

So easy and compact
I am a new goat owner and this has been the easiest process. I have had so far. I went from hand milking taking 20 minutes for one go to this machine and done in three minutes I had a little issue with my machine and the seller was the best community person and replaced my item instantly. I would recommend this machine to anyone.
