Terrible flavor and texture
I have rarely had a chocolate or goat product that I didn't like. I've been drinking goat milk my whole life and prefer it to cow. The flavor of this was aweful, like milk that's older or the does were kept close to the bucks and developed off flavors. Also the texture is waxy. As a chocolate maker who uses old tempering methods with no additional wax, I don't believe this can be just cacao butter.
