So far I've had 4 , and I do like the taste of both colors. This is much easier for me with chewing and not having to worry about a nasty fish aftertaste or burps. I have trouble swallowing pills, so I decided to go with gummies for this cycle. I will say that I was surprised to see one serving is 3 gummies and you get 60 per bottle, meaning 1 bottle is only 20 days if you plan on taking it every day. I've just done 1 each day, I assume some is better than none. Do they work? Just like any vitamin or supplement, you never really can know for sure. I'd certainly buy again, though I'd look for larger quantities for better value since a 20 day supply means you'll be reordering too frequently. I prefer to buy in bulk. Maybe they can make more condensed versions where 1 is enough.
