Works fine. Exact replacement for the one that came with my sauna ten years ago.

No Help There Vidio shows a charging box to plug into you house plug so they change $69.00 instead of $49.00 but they don’t send it instead just the wire. I purchased and returned two of these now the third purchase is the no way to plug it into the house. Check out the video no way to contact them also nothing in the mail with the other part

This was an exact replacement for my infrared sauna! Works great!

The unit charger/power cord does not have a plug. It has the adapter to plug into the unit but has raw wire at the other end, no plug or DC charger end. unable to use

One of these came with our sauna and it really improves the air. It keeps the Sauna fresh and has an O3 mode that feels therapeutic. But alas our's stopped working and I was glad that finding a replacement proved so easy.

This little guy is pretty good. It disinfects the sauna, it ionizes the air while you are in the sauna, and makes sessions a bit easier to bear.However, there are no instructions, and people do not understand how this is supposed to be used, that is why I deducted a star. The manufacturer should include detailed descriptions for consumers safety. I will provide a brief overview of what it does.O3 is ozone. It attaches an additional oxygen atom that is less stable to the 02 (normal air we breath) molecule. This unstable atom wants to jump to another molecule as soon as possible (the air or surface of the sauna). When it does this, it changes the make-up of that molecule it jumped to. By changing the molecule of odor, mold, etc., it disinfect. WHAT IS IMPORTANT is you do not want to be in the sauna breathing ozone while it is on. This is why it has a 15 minute timer. Ozone can do the same thing to the molecules that make up your lungs. This can cause irritation, and in extreme prolonged cases, cause cancer. On the plus side since ozone is so unstable, it neutralizes very quickly. I turn on O3 when I turn on my sauna for a 30 minute warm up before I get in. It automatically switches to ionization after 15 minutes (which is fine to breath). By the 30 minute mark when my sauna is warmed up, I get it. The 15 minutes that it had after switching to ionization is enough time for the air to neutralize, and is safe for entry.Long and short:-Use O3 to keep sauna smelling clean, but do not be in the sauna while it is on. That is why it has only a 15 minute timer.-Ionizer is fine to use whenever.
