Brilliant cross stitch, beautifully package, easy pattern & good value for money.

I have been cross stitching for over 30 years and found this design easy to complete: easy to follow chart, no half stitches and no backstitch (which initially I found strange but it doesn’t need it as the animals all stand out without it). However…My main criticism is the amount of fabric. The piece could have done with being at least an inch bigger all round. At the top and the bottom there was only about an inch left, this meant that when framing it I couldn’t use a mount and stretching was difficult. Also, the quality of the thread wasn’t the best. It got a little ‘fluffy’ at times.As the kit was on 11hpi aida fabric it required 3 strands. Before I started, I had seriously considered using a piece of 14hpi and just 2 strands and to be honest I wish I had.Having said all that, it looks great when completed and it was excellent value for money and I would purchase this make again (but maybe go with my gut feeling before starting)I would have given 5 stars for value for money and instructions but the amount of fabric and quality of thread made me reduce it to 3.

Only reason I've give this 4 not 5 stars is because the needle it came with was sharp on the wrong end and actually broke after a few hours.Apart from that, easy enough to follow if you've done a few cross stitches and very cute designEDIT** lost a star because I've run out of the border colour thread with still more than half to go. Very annoyed.

El producto es exactamente igual, la tela se le ve muy rígida, pero la plantilla y los hilos están correctos. Las instrucciones están en ingles y para ser la primera vez que hago punto de cruz tendré que tirar de traductor Google ja ja

La tela es muy dura y cuadrados grandes, el hilo por el contrario muy fino y no tapa cuando coses la cruz para que quede elegante. He hecho muchos cuadros y este se ve mucho la cruz al coserlo. La tela es tan rígida que cuesta doblarla un poco para coser en el centro. No me convence a diferencia de otros la calidad deja mucho que desear... Recomiendo hilos DMC son los mejores y llenan los cuadrados de la tela no como estos...Lo que voy a acabarlo con su material ya que para eso venía todo incluido, pero tengo serias dudas de que quede como debería.Además que yo lo quería rosa!!! Y me ha venido azul!!!! No sé si sabré cuadrar los colores para hacerlo rosa y quedé perfecto!

The media could not be loaded.  Le doy cuatro estrellas en vez de cinco porque pensé que la tela venía pintada con el diseño. Aun así me encanta el dibujo es bastante fácil de hacer aunque se tenga que contar los puntos uno por uno.
