Not giving accessories and this one not orginal product.i am using only some days then come hang issue fan sound.everything very bad product.

Battery is not long lasting
Overall performance is good. The only negative side of this product, after using more than a month the battery is easy to drain.

Product defect after 20 days
after using 20 days , the scree was not working properly (half of the screen is not working and no damage physically , but suddenly it was flashing and right after half of the screen is not working) and the Amazon does not provide the return services ( it is only 15 days for return) , I dont know how to claim my rights to get right after-sales services .

Rubbish
Paid $850 for this. Sluggish and constantly crashing. Would type multiple letters like my dog sat on the keyboard randomly. Replaced Bluetooth receiver, mouse, keyboards, still same.

Hate this computer
Don't believe all the hype on this computer. It is slow and hangs up all the time. I tried to ride it out too long and can't return it. Running Windows 11, I don't know if this is part of the issue. It hangs up all the time and has to be restarted, losing all the work. Would not buy again.

Problem in the BIOS.
Preparing to send it back. Nothing will open, just a blue screen with note: system unable to repair. NOT GOOD!

Glorified paperweight
I've had the laptop for 4 days and spent countless hours with HP support.. Computer isn't working.. They mailed me a USB to run a system check which I did and it passed... Unhappy with Tech support reading from scripts in India.. Completely frustrated. Iv'e never experienced something so messed up.. It's about to be boxed up and returned..
