Usually I do not leave strong opinionated views, but I have been doing my make up since the age of 12. And I have tested many make up remover‘s over the years for waterproof and not waterproof. After using the whole bottle of Neutrogena oil free make up remover, it’s definitely not oil free and leaves a very thick film on your skin. Right out of the shower I decided to use the new one that I purchased from Amazon and let me just start by saying no oily residue, your skin feels fresh, and it does not have a scent. This is the best makeup remover I have ever used.

Works pretty good. You do still have to scrub a little, especially if you’re like me and have several layers to your eye makeup. But it works well and doesn’t leave behind that greasy film some makeup removers do.

Almay products are always true to their description and this item is no exception.I have sensitive skin around the eyes and it takes off the eye makeup better than the$50 plus products. It is not oily nor does it leave a residue or burn. I will purchase again.

Doesn't clog nor too waterdown. Other brands tend to get in my eye and cause discomfort plus they are more expensive. Not this brand. Press cotton pad over eye (with make up and waterproof mascara for 4 secs and gently wipe off.Love it.
