Poor build quality. Dont be fooled.

Very dissapointed in build quality. I'm a fishmonger of 10 years and regularly compete in national fish prep competitions and do training sessions with chefs.The handles are flimsy broke first use. Quick refund and good customer service but honestly don't waste the money. They look way better then they are.
