The ORANGE insole is a little thinner & more flexible than the GREEN insole. My experience has been that the sizing runs the same, but the GREEN insole is significantly firmer & less bendy. If you click the different colors and read the complete product descriptions further down the page, you get a little more info but not a sense of how different they feel. I use the firmer green ones in less structured shoes like canvas or boat shoes. Orange ones make my heavier, structured leather shoes & boots more comfortable.Double-check the size marked on the insole itself against the pkg labeling; I received several that were packaged incorrectly, but the problem appears to be fixed now.

My right ankle is wrecked and needs to be surgically repaired. I work out on a seated elliptical, which is about as gentle a machine as you will find, but I found that it would still leave my ankle very sore and feeling weak after a workout.I bought these to switch out inserts in a pair of Brooks Glycerin 17 running shoes and I could immediately feel that they provided support that the Brooks insoles didn't have, even though the profile seemed similar when I compared the 2.What surprised me was that after working out, I didn't have the ankle pain that I was expecting, my ankle had no discomfort during or after the workout. I wore them for several hours afterwards and still no pain.As far as fit, I wear a size 10 2E and was lucky that the version I ordered is a size 10 so it was a perfect fit right out of the package. In my opinion, trimming insoles down in length usually compromises fitment, so I was happy that these were my size.I will be buying more of these for other shoes.

Better than some I've had over the years, but when you have plantar fasciitis or foot and heel pain in general, nothing feels good. Could use a less dense material, but I guess that would defeat the purpose of durability. Fits perfectly in my shoes without trimming and does relieve most of my foot pain. It's just hard to find anything that hits the mark, but this is one I will buy again as it's a lot better than some that claim to be for plantar fasciitis and seems to have more bounce and cushioning.

I have Fallen arches and collapsed ankles, and degenerative disc disease in my back so posture and walking CORRECTLY ARE VITAL TO ME so these orthotics really do work well or I would not be able to stand or walk!!! I’m not able to go for ankle fusion surgery until this fall so these inserts are saving me and I’m able to work on my feet all day Long in a hospital waiting on patients and I’m not far off from being one myself lol!! (with breaks off my feet every so often ) these orthotics took some time to get used to because they support the part of the foot that is collapsed and it does hurt but that does go away causes a little pain at first until you get used to wearing them that’s why I took a star off.. every day when I put them on they still hurt for the first hour but that does go away

About me: I just have fallen arches, no other foot problems. My review: At first my feet were so happy! They fit like a glove. Went for a 2 mile walk, but like right away my right heel hurt. They really are not cushioning inserts. By the end of my walk the arch supports had fallen/wasn't as supportive. Tried again tonight, same thing: this time both heels hurt and NO arch support left. My feet HURT now like they haven't in a long time :( Still getting 3-stars because I can return them. Thanks for letting me try them on!!

I am so thrilled with these insoles, I bought 2 of them and I am very happy I did! I went undiagnosed with flat feet for a long time and this is pretty much the only insole that has been effective for knee, ankle, and foot pain that also doesn't make my feet ache. The fit is perfect. Thank you for an amazing product and for making it affordable

OMG! these are the best things I have ever bought for my feet! I have spent so much money on products that either did not work or were just ok. these inserts are awesome! If your thinking about buying a pair do it. you wont regret it!

Very comfortable, good arch support.I found out I had flat feet two weeks before a 100 mile walking trip. Saw this brand discussed on YouTube video and took a chance. Very happy, my toe numbness is less and I am sure they will help me walk the miles. A podiatrist recommended another brand... Flex and I did not like it because it was too stiff. This insert was comfortable on day 1
