Alta Badia 07 GPS Arabba - Marmolada

Covered the area we wanted and was clear and easy to read, red numbers on footpaths on map very helpful as all the paths in the area are clearly numbered as well. Downside was, as stated by previous reviewers, the first time we carefully folded it to fit into its plastic case with the area we wanted on outside the corner tore - take a role of sellotape with you for repairs. 2nd problem was with the plastic case, one side had quite dark measuring and info markings printed on, so whenh the map was placed in the cover you could only clearly rea one side of the exposed area, which did not cover large enought area for ny walks. In resport you could buy this map with a book of walks as a set, but not the book of walks separately.

We brought this for planning out hike in the area this summer.At first it was difficult to make the transition from OS mapd to this one; but with persistence we have our heads around it and it is proving really useful. We now need to see what it is like on the groundWe purchased this to get and overview of where we are hoping to walk and a smaller scale map for the details

Good map pity about paper quality, original folds tear after one or two uses. noticed maps being used by fellow walkers where laminated will try them next.
