Faulty item
Ripped apart at the seams after 6 days use at school have tried contacting Amazon for a refund/replacement but message says as it’s one day out of the 30 day return policy (12/9/23) they won’t do anything my query just keeps being cancelled

I was very happy when this bag arrived at my house! It is very spacious, and has loads of pockets, separating your books from your pensil cases, water bottle, etc. This is a rally good item and I highly recommend buying it!
