Is this for occasional athletes? After 5 days of practice and games on weekends for most of the year as a student athlete, this product feel short of keeping up. Size 2 and should have bought a large, fit was very tight (yes, i know the element of compression as well) and prohibits on/off with any speed. Because of the sizing, the extra adjusting caused the inside gel to break and create gaps in the cool therapy.It lives in my freezer now for days I have leisure time for cool therapy.

I would of given this product 5 stars. Unfortunately when I was trying to pull it over my elbow, It ripped a little. It’s still functional, for the money that I spent. I’m a little disappointed in the craftsmanship. The sleeve runs a little tight as well. I’m not a big guy either, so I’m also surprised about the fit. Other than the fit and construction, it does a great job with my aching golfers elbow.

I wasn't sure on the size so I ordered and small/medium - so for my knee's it's too small. I'm a 5'9" female and have athletic legs but not huge. It fit my elbow perfectly but the calf is all I get on the leg. If I wanted this for my knee's which I kinda did, I will need to get a bigger size to pull it high enough up. Besides me getting the size wrong though this things is awesome. It's so easy to slide on, it's super comfortable and it's cold. I wish I had this thing after my elbow surgery. I would have worn it all the time. Just keep it in the plastic bag in the freezer and it's always ready to use. KT makes great products so I wasn't surprised to see the quality in this. I'm super happy I got it and I'll have to get the larger one for my knee's too. Doesn't hurt to have options. I highly recommend this product for both knee's and elbows and of course your calves.

I’ve had long-standing knee issues. Trying to ice them is awkward. Then comes this product. It’s changed my life. I just slip it on- it stays cool just the right amount of time, I can even move around and do things while wearing it. I’ll be raving about it for a long time.

I bought this to help treat some lifter's/golfer's elbow pain and it's really not ideal. If you freeze it then it gets WAY too cold to keep on your arm for anything more than 5 to 10 minutes, I wish there was a little bit of insulation on the inside to regulate the temperature on your skin. In some cases the coldness could be considered a positive but unfortunately it doesn't last at all and becomes just cool after 20 minutes compared to most traditional ice packs feeling very cold for quite a while.It does come with a zip-lock insulated sleeve that supposedly will keep it cold for 90 minutes after removal from the freezer but I didn't really test it (not sure of a scenario why you would remove it from the freezer and need to use it 90 minutes later). Also, you will need to use the sleeve every time you freeze it because this product cannot get wet and there are clear warnings it will get damaged which is a little unnerving for something going into a freezer where there's often times ice/water around.Combine that with the fact that newer findings suggest that you actually shouldn't ice injuries at all except for maybe a few times to reduce pain in the 6 hours immediately following an injury (per the instructions of the doctor who came up with the R.I.C.E. method), I just don't see a real place for this product. It's not the worst but there are definitely better options.

The media could not be loaded.  This bad boy weighs in at 1 lb. 11 oz. It is sewn and sealed well. The small/medium is pretty small, so make sure your measurements are correct. It gave me a nice feeling of compression over my knee. It does limit range of motion a little bit, but the more I wore it the, better it felt. You can definitely work out and run with it. After freezing it for about 2 1/2 hours, the cold lasted about 50 minutes. There was no real detectable odor from it. I wish it came in a 2-pack!

I like this cold therapy. It is easy to use. The sleeve is cold and it comes with a bag can keep it cold for a couple hours which is so convenient for me to carry it around. Thw sleeve is tight and I feel good compression on my arm and knee. It is good to reduce pain and soreness. Like it!
