I really like these straps over any other straps I've used.

Great for use whether you go to a gym or have a home gym
I have a home gym and never had a set of ab straps. I have seen and used them at gyms in the past but didn't invest in any until I came across these. They are smaller than the ones I have used in the past but got the job done better as they weren't uncomfortable to hang from like ones I have used. They're comfortable and light which makes them useful for home gyms or if you go to a gym. They can be alcarried around easy and won't take up much space in your gym bag. Great product to invest in if you're looking to up your ab training whether it be at a gym you go to or home gym.

A nice addition to home gym
These ab straps from Gradient Fitness have been a great addition to my home gym. They are durable, sturdy and easy to attach to a pull up bar. I've enjoyed having them as another option for core focused work aside from plank and crunch exercises. As a certified personal trainer I will continue to incorporate them into both my own workouts as well as my clients workout routines.

Perfect for ab workout at home.
Great ab straps for our home gym. I installed 2 I screws on the basement ceiling joists and now GREAT ab workout!!! Way better than doing just crunches on the floor. Now can do leg raises and side raises. Took our home gym another step up with more to add for our ab workouts.

Stong and Soft
Good comfortable quality. Only problem is the straps are so long to the point to where I am hanging to low. I had to connect the locks to the higher part of the strap that really isn't meant to be the part that goes into the lock.

Just Okay
We have had these straps for a while and my wife can use them and some of our clients, but anyone over 190, I feel will struggle or it feels like the straps will break. They get the job done if you're a lighter individual these are perfect, but don't recommend if you're heavier set, get sturdier ones.
