Believe me or not, I NEVER write reviews but this product deserved more than 5 of 5 stars, I'd give it a 10 of 5 if I could!! IT IS INDESTRUCTIBLE!! SAVED MY PHONE!! Backstory: I ride my motorcycle daily and my S23 Ultra rides on my handle bars on a phone holder. Today I didn't click my phone in all the way to the holder and I didn't realize when riding to work and my phone fell while I was riding as I was going about 45mph on a semi busy road. I pulled over immediately to try and rescue my phone from the road but there was too much traffic. Before I could reach my phone it was run over by THREE CARS also going about 45mph. The first two cars send it tumbling but the third car hit my phone at an angle and sent it FLYING about 12 feet in the air and into the opposite lane across the street. At this point the other car on the opposite lane saw the flying phone and was kind enough to stop. I ran and picked it up off the pavement thinking for sure the phone was wrecked. But low and behold the PHONE WORKS!!! and the screen didn't even crack, not a SINGLE SCRATCH!!!! IT WORKS PERFECTLY!! I would never have believed this was real if I hadn't seen and experienced this myself, this case saved my phone from 3 sedans that run it over!! The doesn't even look too bad, it is scratched in the back and chipped in a corner but otherwise still in decent shape too, you'd think it was barely dropped at all. Anyway, if you are on the fence about this product DO NOT WORRY, I have literally inadvertently tested this by three cars running it over with my phone inside and it worked beyond my wildest dreams! I promise I am not paid or sponsored because it seriously sounds too good to be true, but this really happened. I'm buying another protect right now to replace the now scratched up one. AMAZING PRODUCT!!

This case is on my Galaxy S23 ultra. I had my phone on top of an 8 foot ladder (dumb, I know) and knocked it onto the ground, it landed on the edge of the bottom corner and bounced. My phone had no damage. The protection for the screen is the raised edges. But your screen is still vulnerable as with most cases out there. I got a black one and it looks nice. It is no too thick to fit in my pocket. I also use a wireless charger with it. The kickstand works but feels a little thin. But that also helps it fold flat into the case and not make it thicker. It is easy to put on and take off if you need to. Great case, I like it.

I've had good experiences with this brand once before, and so far I have good expectations for this case. I've only used it a few days, but it seems to stand up to all the simple put downs and the one greater than ideal drop on the desk I've done. The case fits as easily in my hand as any other of this size or for a phone of this size, and materials seem a little grippy so it's not as likely to slide out as the phone by itself. The Materials are essentially a rubber-ish lining with hard plastic outer shell that wraps around it in one direction. I've found systems like this to be some of the better ones before. Note: I think some of the other reviews I read miss-interpreted the fact the plastic shell comes off separately as "broken", but many of the cases function this way and you can just snap it back on to the rubber. There is no protection to the screen itself, so if you want that you'll need a separate screen protector as I did. As such, there isn't any effect from it to the finger print reader. You might need to keep the case off for a day for the protector to adhere without creating air bubbles due to the phone itself's curved edge design. I will say the kick stand is a bit tough to get out at first, and it really only works if you want your phone horizontal. I had hope it might work for the vertical as well, but it is what it is and should function for that part. The one outside critique I've heard and partially agree with is that there's no Camera Lens protection for a phone that talks up it's camera. On one hand they have a point that there's nothing stopping a pointy object or similar from going in for a direct hit. On the other hand there are recesses in the back of the case that fit around the lens and have a slight bit more depth, so there is SOME protection there. I'm not sure what the folks expect for a case attachment without creating an additional film that could fog or otherwise get dirty similarly defeating the purpose of the camera. My screen protector did come with a separate lens protector, but it's to bulky to fit with the case, and I suspect most would be and would not protect the lens significantly better enough for the trade off. I love the color (I picked green) that it came in, better than the Green of the phone itself. Overall it seems like a good case on the short term and I have no concerns unique to this case.

When it comes to phone cases, usually I swear by Zizo brand phone cases since I've yet to have any phone damage when using one. But lately It's gotten harder to find a Zizo case for my current phone. After a cursory search and a bit of courage to try something new, I came across this case. Overall it seems like a fine, sturdy case with a hard plastic covering a softer plastic to keep my phone protected and slim profile with no protruding bits (one thing I realized was a negative to my previous cases), though that smoothness may be a negative for those looking for a more textured case for grip. The highest it's been dropped with me so far is off a 2ft table and it survived so there's that. My only real complaints are the color choices are lacking and are fairly bland, the kickstand is by far one of the worst, flimsiest plastic stands I've seen on anything and I'm sure will snap off at the slightest increase of pressure on it, and though I can't confirm yet but due to how the soft plastic hugs the phone around the screen, it might mess with any screen protector you have installed (though to be fair, the one currently on my phone is garbage so it may not be the fault of the case). All in all, it's a good case for what I can see. Best part about it; a nice slim profile so it fits in you pocket easy. Worst part; the kickstand sucks.

The durable Spigen Tough Armor case has both the looks and the braun, and is a perfect fit for my Samsung S23 Ultra. This case utilizes high-quality materials for superior protection. My phone flew out of my hand once when I was taking it out of my pocket during a workout. It slammed into my weight machine pretty hard and there was not a single scratch to the phone or the case. The phone surely would have broken if I did not have this case. While durable, it is not clunky at all. It provides a sleek design that fits tightly over the S23 Ultra. The way it contours each camera lens gives it a premium look, which I appreciated much more than some of the other open lens cover designs. The Samsung S23 Ultra itself is a very large phone with sharp corners, making it very uncomfortable to hold without a case. The Spigen Tough Armour does a great job to make this phone comfortable to hold. I compared it to 4 other premium cases, including the Spigen Cryo Armor, which I also loved. But at the end of the day, the Tough Armor appeared to be much more durable, felt more comfy, provided great screen and camera lens protection, and just looks damn sexy! While not quite as grippy as some other rubberized cases, the Tough Armor has a premium satin feel and does not feel slippery. That being said, there probably is a little room for improvement, maybe by adding more textures on the sides and back to provide even better grip. The satin material does pick up some smudges, but not nearly as bad as more glossy cases. This is easy to clean up with a quick wipe down, however. The case itself has good rise above the screen on the sides and extra lip on top and bottom for added protection. It is compatible with the Whitestone Dome Glass screen protector, which I also highly recommend with this case. As mentioned before, the cutouts for the camera lenses provide a sleek and sexy look. It not only fits snuggly around each lens, but the extra depth protects the awesome S23 Ultra camera lenses. And it is completely compatible with Spigen EZ Fit Optik Pro lens protectors. The button coverings feel good and are very responsive. The one minor drawback is that + and - volume buttons are flush with each other. There is only a very fine line separating them, so it is hard to tell which button you are pressing. But the - volume button is just above the indented power button which serves as a good reference, so no big deal. This case also features a neat little kickstand. While not as robust as the ones on some other cases, it does its job well enough. I have been super impressed with this case. For as big as the S23 Ultra phone is, this case is comfortable and has a very slim design while maintain optimal protection. I highly recommend it as it will protect your investment.

I used Spigen Rough Armor cases for my previous two phones (Galaxy S7 Edge and Galaxy S10+) and have always been happy with the look, durability, and stability of them. Fast forward to my latest phone, a Galaxy S23 Ultra. Considering how much the phone costs, I decided to up the protection and get a hard shell. The Spigen Tough Armor takes the great look and fit of the Rough Armor and adds in a hard layer around the outside. This case provides even better protection and looks great. I went with all black but I also purchased the gunmetal version for my child's Galaxy S23+. I have to say, I like the look of the gunmetal version even better than my black one. Of note, I'm also using a set of ESR camera lens protectors with this case. They fit inside the lens cutouts perfectly. No issue getting the case on with the lens protectors installed and the face of the protectors is still recessed in the case. Only thing I worry about with this case is the durability of the kickstand. Hopefully it holds up, and I don't use it very often, but I'll update if it does run into issues.
