This device "corrects" the wrong types of behavior. For example, our dog scratches her ear and she gets corrected. She drinks water and gets corrected.But the moment she's barking her little head off -- nothing. Very cruel, confusing, and useless device.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this collar worked. I had previously bought a different brand bark collar that never worked, so I was apprehensive when I ordered this one. I highly recommend this collar for anyone looking to curb their little yappy dog's barking. It gives them a series of warning beeps before it vibrates if they continue to bark. The vibration was only needed one time for our dog to know it needed to be quiet. After that, we can just show him the collar and he stops! It's wonderful!!

It's amazing!
I did the research and bought this collar for my neighbor. She had a baby a few weeks ago and the incessant barking of her yorkie was a real problem (The dog has been a crazy barker since she got her a year ago; high and shrill and seemingly never ending) I gave this to her as her baby gift. (Thank you for such swift shipping!). She read all of the documentation and watched the videos to make sure she was training correctly. Eureka! The dog stopped barking. Like, IMMEDIATELY! Even when new people visit. This collar has allowed my neighbor to keep her beloved dog. Without it, she was going to have to re-home her. So Thank you! This collar saved a family. It is perfect size. The dog is only 5 lbs and it fits correctly. The dog was really subdued for a few days, but is now back to her normal personality, except with NO barking. It's amazing!

I have a 6 lb. Yorkie and she barks at the wind, non stop barking. Bought this collar with the hopes of reducing the barking but this collar stopped the barking almost immediately and without harm to my dog. Even after removing the collar for the evening, it is quite for the first time in three years. I had no problem fitting the collar or testing the collar. I recommend watching the videos on YouTube and reading the manual.

super customer service with emails asking how the product is working, and email manuals on how to use product and training being sent. The product has worked perfectly. My 8 yr old doxie all of a sudden started to bark at 5:00 am.....just a bark then 30 seconds, then another bark....this collar has stopped the 5:00 am "alarm clock".Great product. PLUS NO BATTERIES....just plug in to recharge.

Not impressed with the quality of these collars
Bought 2 collars Moonstone and Mint size for our small dogs. Not happy at all, first the instructions are supposedly emailed to you but no emails received , none are included and yet it warns not to use without instructions lol.Then it says go to website to download from there but it won't download also they sent a usb to insert into computer and both usb sticks do not work at all. I really didn't need instructions anyway as its pretty simple to use but this collar was not as effective compared to another bramd we bought and tried that has no prongs is more gentle yet effective. It works but not that great for such a high price
