Nice item.
These are lovely, however not the best I have had. The herbs are not as strong as others I have used. Also they are wrapped so tightly, it is really hard to massage the herbs inside the poultice before initial use. Saying this, I have achieved good result on client's face.

Ordered 2 sets, both arrived very quickly. When I went to use them one set had expired by 4 months so unable to use. Waste of money

Soaking the compress ball into water until completely wet then steam herbal compress ball into electric steamer or medium heat for 2-3 minutes in microwave oven. Wait until herbal compress ball becomes warm then apply herbal compress ball on your face.Second step for Cold Compress: Place Face compress ball in the refrigerator ice compartment for 30 minutes or soaking in water with ices for 10 minutes. Then apply on around your face.Do not use hot Face compress ball for eyes.
