It's clear that the creators intended for this piece to seamlessly blend into any decor without drawing too much attention to itself, and in that, they've succeeded.The handmade craftsmanship is evident, and while it doesn't boast intricate patterns or flashy colors, its simplicity is its strength. It's a subtle nod to those who appreciate understated elegance.Functionally, the upside-down design is a clever touch. It effectively catches ash, ensuring a cleaner burning experience. This practical feature, combined with its sleek design, makes it a worthy addition to my space.However, while I appreciate the minimalism, it might be a tad too simple for those looking for a statement piece. But if you're someone who values functionality wrapped in subtle elegance, this incense burner is a solid choice.

Nice safe way of holding your incense sticks however it does make them burn quickly. That said I do prefer this to a traditional one nice to have a silicone Matt to collect anything missed

Despite a BIG problem, I still like this holder; it's well made, sturdy and compact. If you put a small jar under the arm (I'm using one from a used scented candle, ironically) you can easily catch all the spent incense for many sticks, and this makes cleaning up trivial.However...Do not be a complete idiot like I was.a) FULLY secure the stick in the holder (you need to push down/back quite hard; not just 'hang' it)andb) Do NOT light the stick when it's in the holder.A failure to do both of the above led to flames rapidly racing up most of the stick, me blowing on it hard to put it out, and the stick flying out to make massive black scorch marks in the bedroom and (brand new) stairs carpets!I wish I'd have known this beforehand; but this review is to give you the benefit of my hindsight as much as to award a score. (That I still like it a lot and use it frequently should tell you all you need to know, really.)

The media could not be loaded.  This is a new idea. Upside-down!But heat rises, this means a more intense fragrance and a faster burn. Funnily enough, although you think less mess, it still fell outside of the burn zone. But it did land on the silicon mat.I like it. Remember to push the stick in hard so it doesn't fall off and burn your house down!!5*****
