Cigtrus Oral Fixation Relief Oxygen Air Inhaler Natural Alternative Behavioral Support (ICY Peppermint)

I'm a constant vape user trying to quit. I saw the reviews and was almost not going to try this, But I am glad I did. Basically this is a straw with a peppermint flavor, or a vape with no vapor but it really helps me. When I want to reach for the vape, I reached for this and although you don't get that lung hit or blow out vapor, it still gives some relief. I started by every other time I would vape I would use this. Then 2/3 times I would use this. Now I have started to use a nicotine pouch along with this. I haven't completely cut out nicotine yet, but I do feel like this could really help those who want to slowly quit or just need something for the edge here and there. I also recommend leaving the end plug in until right before you inhale and then putting it back to help it last longer. It is still working after 5 days. I wish there was a simple way to refill. I haven't tried other similar items , but many seem way more expensive than this and do the same thing.

The size and weight is just about the same as a cigarette. Sadly, the taste and draw are less than I'd hoped. However, it feels good in the hand and lips, which is s definite plus. (I found another product (locally available) which has a good draw and strong mint flavor... but is not the correct shape/feel in my hand.

Smaller than I expected. I ordered it to help curve the cravings of smoking but it didn't help much.

It is by far the tiniest I’ve ever seen. I expect it to run out very very soon.

I got this for my adult daughter who was trying to quit vaping nicotine. When I have it to her she was curious and gave it a shot. It worked so well and is still going strong with mintyness. She said you feel it hit the back of your throat so you get a sensation in your throat and the motion but zero nicotine or vapor. Clean and nice. Thank you for having these because nothing else worked!

I can't explain but it helps, it's nicotine free. I have to quit smoking before my spine surgery. Doc says no nicotine so I couldn't use a patch. So here goes it's been 24 hours so far. I will come back for an update

I would recommend that it would help you stop but it’s not gonna give you the feeling in your throat like vaping would

It's not the best but its not the worst. The flavor was strong on mine but if you're trying to quit and you smoke when you're stressed, you may need a new device.
