At first, I was convinced that the vacuum wasn't performing well. It seemed to struggle with picking up dirt and pet hair. Upon investigation, I discovered that the bin was completely clogged with dog hair. Shows how much junk was on the floor. I had improperly installed the dust bag. Now that I have figured everything out, he vacuum operates like a dream. My floors have never looked better, and I'm thrilled with the results. This machine is absolutely worth every penny, especially with a dog that sheds like mine. I have it clean at 2am while I am asleep and my floors look terrific.

...there are suitable replacement motors available right here on Amazon - the part you're looking for is the second one you'll find in a Reddit thread if you look for D-TOF Malfunction. If you can turn a screwdriver, you can repair your robot vacuum without having to go through the Warranty process (and get a poor quality replacement that will likely fail, too.). Remember - any time a part fails in your life...it's time for a performance upgrade replacement! =)The first 3 months with the vacuum were 1000% amazing. The TECH in the vacuum is great. There's just the one part that was...perhaps too cheaply sourced for the price point.
