Does the tripod get in the way of shooting the floor as I noticed on the Matterport website they changed the tripod type?

Can this be used inverted?(upside down)

I dont think so. 1, you would need to create a way to mount it upside down bc the tripod has no clips. 2. The weight of the phone pulling downward would likely prevent the tiny motor from rotating. Ive been playing with mine trying to mount it over an engine side ways- it is unsuccessful due to phone weight, but, a complete upside down- maybe. But i doubt it.
