I’m 5 foot and 207 pounds. What size should I get ?

I am 5'6" and weigh 175 and a large fit perfectly, this is my typical size, so I would say order your usual size. I have thick thighs, calfs and bum and it was all good. They are super nice leggings, you won't be disappointed. There is a size chart toward the bottom of the listing also.

Are they good for cold?

Oh both lightweight jackets are more for sun protection. For a cold ( < below 60 - 40 F degrees jacket I wear Columbia outdoor apparel windbreaker

Mine goes up a tiny bit but not as much as others. Might I suggest you need a size up. I'm 5.1 tall and 195 I ware a large. The shorts do ride up a little but all other skorts I tride rode up so much they were like bikini and the top rolled down. Good luck!
