Works for dermal piercing.
Easy, SHARP, painless and works for dermal piercings. I used a 2mm and used a 2mm ring. Got the rings off of Amazon to. Beats spending 100s of dollars on a piercing. Definitely recommend. It does only come with one. So the picture can be misleading. But it does do its job and is sharp. Can't beat the price.

Like others state you get what you pay for. Was super dull and the plastic it came in was opened. For me shipping took over two weeks.
