This mat is not what I would consider large - my dog is a retriever labradoodle (medium size) and she does not fully fit on this, which I would have expected her to. Saying that, it is very good! I got this during very hot weather and within 5 minutes of placing it on the floor she laid on it and went to sleep - having been agitated all day due to the heat. She suffers with dermatitis so her stomach can often itch and be affected in the heat - she lays on this and it settles her, leading to a reduction in the itching and a happy dog. Easy to fold away when not in use and it also cools itself quite quickly after use. I was never sure my dog would use it, but she seems to love it and it definitely helps in hot weather! For the price I cannot complain!

Good size, dog won't sit on it for long so not sure he feels the coolness! Easy wipe so that f he doesn't use it, I'll be able to cool myself down! Wouldn't want to leave it with a toothy puppy. There were no instructions at all.

This is an enormous mat for my jack russel, but that's useful because the gel does warm up quite quickly so he can just move to the other side of the mat. I used it myself when we had a spell of very hot weather: Lovely to sit on after a hot drive home from work! I keep a small one in the car now to sit on on hot days.

Easy to clean value for money and my dog loves it

Cooling mat for dogs. Recommended by TV vet. Not as large as I wanted for my dog, but satisfactory product nevertheless. So far my dog hasn't used it, but then greyhounds are really fussy. I'll probably end up using it myself!!

Had this product alot of times but this time there doesn't seem to be as much gel inside as there has been before but my dog still lies on it no matter the weather

The product is brilliant my cockapoo loves it. When he gets hot he goes straight to it. We even take it into the bedroom at night for him as he sometimes gets hot in the night. My only criticism is that I ordered one and two were sent in the same package which was fine except I was charged for both and charged postage for the items twice. I should have returned one because of this but due to the quality of the product I decided to keep both otherwise I would also have to pay returns postage on top. So just beware.
