Love, Love, Love this brand of melatonin. They are the only ones that work for me. I've gone through at least 12 different brands and this is by far #1. Pills are small so they go down easy. I fall asleep in more than 30 minutes. Excellent quality at a phenomenal price. Well worth it for a wonderful night's sleep.

Taste uuuggghh!!
It does the job, but I can't handle the taste, I have to swallow like pills, not dissolve in my mouth, I start gagging, sorry... Also, I am awake sooner than usual. Not purchasing again

Works well. I take 2 tabs 30 min. before bed. Wake up without grogginess. Tastes good too.

Work pretty well!
I use them on a regular basis. I usually take 10 of them about an hour before I go to bed. I can usually sleep about 6 hours. So that's pretty good for me.
